About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes while performing all plumbing tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends.
- Assist in mentoring apprentices and less experienced team members.
Requirements:
- Valid Oregon plumbing license and relevant certifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
